Vendors

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for Wise Pride! Here are a few things to know before applying to be a vendor:

  • This is an LGBTQ+ Pride festival. As such, we expect you to foster a supportive and uplifting environment, and deliberate bigotry or hateful behavior in any form will result in immediate ejection from the event, no refunds, no reentry, and you will be banned from future events.
  • If for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know by 48 hours before the event.
  • You are responsible for collecting the applicable tax and transmitting it to the respective agency/agencies.
  • We expect you to have at least one person operating your booth at all times.
  • We are asking all vendors to pay a $25 booth fee to support the costs of this event. We will ask for payment by July 1st.  Vendors will be provided with tickets for entry included with the vendor fee. If this is not feasible for you, reach out and we will work with you the best we can.
